Interim Group Financial Controller

**Description**
- Coordinate and oversee the preparation of the annual Group and subsidiary legal entity statutory reports.
- Liaise with external auditors.
- Review and coordinate the completion of all disclosure notes and support the files for annual statutory accounts.
- Support the collation of the management and statutory reporting inputs.
- Review the year-end consolidation financial statement workbooks to inform the Group statutory accounts.
- Assist with reviewing critical judgement areas.
- Provide technical accounting support as required.
- Assist with the development of risk, governance and control frameworks within the Group.
- Review the monthly Board report and monthly Balance Sheet pack.
- Prepare presentations for use at Executive Group level and for investors or analysts.
- Assist with investor relations, shareholder engagement, analyst expectation management and communications.

**Skills**
- ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with strong technical ability.
- Solid experience with statutory and management reporting.
- PLC experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with commercial acumen.
- High attention to detail with a proactive nature.
