The key responsibilities for our Project & Trade Marketing Assistant are:

- Collaborate with project teams across multiple departments, contributing to the entire project lifecycle.
- Organise and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met.
- Be the gatekeeper for all project documentation.
- Develop briefs and liaise with suppliers when required.
- Provide management with written and verbal updates.
- Monitor budgets and assist in ensuring that resources are spent efficiently.
- Raise PO’s and Sales Orders using NAV
- Organising sample shipments
- Organising chilled NPD area
- Organising marketing items
- Develop contact reports
- Coordinate trade shows
- Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as desk research and minute taking.

- A general understanding of project management principles. (Project Management credentials desired, but not required)
- Strong IT skills (particularly excel), analytical skills and the ability to interpret and challenge data.
- Attention to detail with clear and precise reporting skills and the ability to present confidently.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills (solutions focused)
- Interest in the commercial elements of the business
