**Why this role is important for CPI’s work**:
The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for Scheduling maintenance and engineer activities for CPI technology assets across the CPI site and Technology platforms. The Maintenance Planner will also maintain the calibration control systems for CPI technology assets along with provided general administrative support to the Engineer Maintenance and Project teams.

Key tasks in the role will include (but are not limited to) the below:

- To manage and maintain data on our CMMS system (Maintenance 5000). This will include registering and numbering new CPI assets, creating PPM schedules, managing work orders and producing reports.
- To work closely with Operational Managers to ensure all maintenance work is scheduled, released and completed on-time, to high quality standard and in a cost effective manner.
- To control and develop the CPI calibration control system for all CPI Technology assets and ensure calibration compliance to ISO9001 across the company.
- To support the CPI Change control committees, and site champions across the company to ensure Change Control is carried out effectively and consistently across the CPI Technology platforms.

**The person we are seeking**:
To be successful you must have experience of industrial, office or logístical environments (preferably related to the plant engineering or process industry sector). You should also:

- Be able to maintain good relationships and manage stakeholder such as Procurement, IT and Operations teams.
