The purpose of the role will be to support and assist the team with the following responsibilities in line with Company procedures and current legislation.

You will need to be a real hands-on Accounts administrator and will get involved in speaking with customers over the phone, dealing with their queries, setting them up on sage and receipt bank, giving them the tools to take ownership of these elements of their business.

You will be maintaining bookkeeping, processing payroll, VAT returns, whilst getting involved in month/year end.

You will also be required to do General office duties when required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Able to Prioritise tasks and workload
- Experience of using SAGE software
- Be accurate processor of invoices
- Completion of month end
- Good working Approach to ensure deadlines are achieved
- Highly Professional, motivated and reliable
- Dealing with customer queries ensuring any are resolved in a timely manner
- Professional level in verbal communication skills

**Hours**: 24 per week - 8am to 4pm

**Salary**: £20,000.00 / £23,000.00 per annum

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
