We are currently seeking a skilled After-Sales Customer Service Specialist to join our dedicated team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product installation, maintenance, and warranty.
- Assist in resolving any post-purchase issues, including returns, repairs, and replacements.
- Coordinate with the logistics and technical teams to ensure prompt and accurate service.
- Provide information and advice on product care and upgrades.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Gather customer feedback to enhance product quality and service.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in after-sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in handling customer queries and complaints with patience and empathy.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Background in garden buildings or home improvement products is highly desirable.
