**Job Introduction**
We are currently looking to recruit an excellent and experienced Community Space and Events Supervisor to join a key pharmaceutical client of ours in our corporate services segment. If you have outstanding customer service skills and strong AV knowledge with a corporate HQ background and strong communication skills, we want to hear from you

This fantastic opportunity would suit an experienced professional with a background in communications and customer service; you will be our dedicated team member responsible for meeting room management on site and ensuring that the rooms are managed to high standard. Your focus will be the overall management of the community & event spaces, overseeing all aspects of event planning and management, including internal and external events. You will manage all activities to ensure successful events whilst engaging with departmental representatives to promote the use of community spaces and provide support and direction in their use.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the management of all client hospitality bookings
- Key point of contact for our client and our service delivery team for all hospitality requests including dining, corporate events and in room meeting dining.
- Establish direct communication with agencies and suppliers to ensure excellent delivery of all internal and external events.
- Provide pre and post analysis of the effectiveness of events with recommendations to increase effectiveness
- To liaise closely with Facilities manager to ensure appropriate budget controls: Submissions/ Monitoring/ amendments/ reporting.
- To collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers ensuring efficient forward planning of activities and that these are consistent with corporate ID, business strategy and company objectives.
- Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure successful events
