**What we can offer you - Your Role**:
Your Mission:

- As a **coach and mentor to your local finance team**, you will **manage our manufacturing plant's financial operations** (financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis), providing **strategic analysis, financial leadership, and guidance** to our plant manager and the plant leadership team **driving continuous improvement initiatives**.
- You will **develop and manage the annual plant budget (AOP) and financial forecasts** while monitoring, analyzing, and presenting monthly financial reports and key financial metrics, including revenue, expenses, and inventory levels.
- Next to** business partnering with our plant management** to identify and implement cost savings and efficiency / profitability improvement opportunities, you will develop and maintain** financial reporting tools and systems around EVA, profitability, and free cash flow** to provide timely and accurate information to the plant management team and corporate finance.
- By **collaborating with our cross-functional teams**, including operations, engineering, and sales, you will **ensure accurate inventory and production reporting**, **drive finance process improvement and business excellence initiatives**, and **provide financial guidance **and support for business decisions.

**Qualifications**:
**What we expect from you - Your Expertise**:

- Previous** work experience of 5+ years** in **finance/financial leadership roles (CIMA or ICAEW qualified),** with a strong understanding of plant and shared service center operations and financial reporting
- Experience with** **US-GAAP, accounting,** budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, **and **Microsoft Excel, **including spreadsheet modeling and analysis
- Solid experience in **ERP systems (QAD (MFG Pro), Cognos, Oracle)**, **project management**, as well as **pension funds**:

- Excellent **interpersonal and communication skills in English** (any other European language is an advantage)
