If you're a Technical Lead - Python with:

- 5+ years commercial experience working as a Python developer
- Experience leading teams and scaling companies
- Proficient in Python/Django/AWS.
- Previous leadership experience, mentoring others or leading functions.
- Knows how to prototype quickly and then knowing how to take that prototype to scale
- must have this growth mindset.
- Able to communicate technical aspects to a non technical crowd.
