Primary Carers 24/7 are seeking a dedicated **Rota Coordinator** who will be responsible for the rota management for care delivery in the community. We require individuals who have a genuine passion for working in care and making a real difference to the lives of others.

You will need to have the ability to use your own initiative, prioritising your workload to meet the changing needs of the rota. You will be flexible, excellent at problem solving and adaptable with excellent IT skills. Everyday will present a unique challenge as we support vulnerable people to achieve the best care delivery. Working as a small team to accomplish the tasks and communicating effectively with service users, family members and care staff.

**Essential**:

- Experience in updating and maintaining the home care staff rota.
- Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle.
- Checks accuracy of care delivery records, default sheets and provider sheets.
- Assists in monitoring quality assurance procedures.
- Provides administrative support for staff training activity.
- Maintains and operates administrative systems to ensure accuracy of records and effective safe keeping of information.
- Carries out other administrative tasks as required to support our Care Services.
- Deals with callers to the care office, personally and by telephone.
- Answers routine correspondence using standard letters ensuring the reputation of Primary Carers 24/7 is maintained at the highest level at all times.
- Participates in team meetings.
- Undertakes training as required.
- Promote, respect and uphold the dignity of service users at all times. Participate in and actively support activities to promote the dignity of service users, their families and carers.
- Responsible for own Health and Safety, ensuring a safe working environment for colleagues.
- Participate in the on-call Rota
- Undertake any other duties in line with the basic objectives of the post.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **RIGHT TO WORK** - Proof required of your right to work in the UK.
- **COMMUNICATION** - Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
- **COMPLIANCE** - Satisfactory enhanced DBS checks and references.

**Salary**: £10.42-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
