Our client is seeking a Building Manager/Caretaker to join their team based in a residential development in Walthamstow.

**The role includes duties such as**:

- Monitoring CCTV footage
- Refuse collection
- Reporting maintenance issues to the Property Manager
- Liasing with residents
- Patrolling the building

**MUST HAVES**:

- SIA License
- Residential experience
- Reliable and punctual
- Fantastic communication skills

**JOB SPECIFICS**:

- Hours: 8-4pm (7-3pm on refuse collection days)
- Monday - Friday
- Salary: £26K-£28K depending on experience
- Location: Walthamstow
