**The Role**:
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide day to day administrative support to the Credit department
**Responsibilities**
- To provide administrative support to the Credit Department
- Management of multiple inboxes
- Using multiple internal software systems to manage customer accounts
- Provide prompt, friendly service and support to senior management and consumer finance underwriters
- Answer inbound calls and customer queries as and when required
- Complete online training courses, and attend other training as deemed necessary by management

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
