As a teaching assistant, you'll play a crucial role in preparing students for adulthood, guiding them through tailored academic and vocational programs that promote independence and growth. Your duties will include:

- Have experience with learners facing various challenges
- Hold eligibility to work in the UK
- Possess NVQ Level 2 in Teaching and Learning or equivalent qualifications in Maths and English (desirable)
