To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach. We are delivering the guest a memorable experience from start to finish.

To take an active role in the daily operations of the Central Reservations Department, within the overall policies and controls established by the company, ensuring that the Sutton Hotel Collection brand values, purpose and behaviours are delivered and budgeted profitability achieved.

To carry out the strategies set by the senior management team to grow the business through proactive selling, upselling and effective conversion of all enquiries, using the agreed company system.

To action all reservations tasks set out and to assist with the training and development other central reservation team members.
