**Social Media Specialist - part office based, part work from home.**

The Angel Mystic Ltd is a family owned and operated company operating for 14 years. We pride ourselves on our customer service and creativity. This will be a varied role in our ever-growing spiritual business to support our existing team.

We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for social media who can help build our social media profile, plus provide customer support and general online tasks.

The individual must be positive, creative and extremely passionate about providing the best results. The role is varied, exciting and will be working across numerous platforms, so you will need to be hands-on and able to manage a busy schedule and plan your time well.

**Work Location**: This role will be part office and part home based.

**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube etc.
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly.
- Responsible for managing social media accounts for the company including posting content on various platforms.
- Assist in the creation of original content for company social media pages as well as advertising campaigns.
- Deal with busy inbox and assist customers with queries.
- Spiritual.
- Enthusiastic, creative and innovative.
- Naturally motivated and organised.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Hands-on approach with flexibility for the business needs.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Passionate about achieving results.
- Preferably experience in social media marketing.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Supporting the team with all marketing plans.
- Performing administrative tasks.
- Contribute to the brand reputation responding to customer queries to uphold our excellent customer service.
- Manage workloads in order to meet goals, targets and deadlines.
- Composing and posting online content for the business social media pages.
- Create and drive engaging digital content across all of our platforms.
- Video Editing.
- Event organising.

**The Below Experience Would Be An Advantage**:

- Understanding of social media algorithms. Previous experience in Facebook Ads would be preferable.
- Ability to write customer-facing copy.
- Website and Social Media Content.
- Reporting the success of the marketing activities.
- Knowledge of Ontraport CRM, Word Press, Excel preferable.
- Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Tiktok platforms.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
