Macildowie are working with an established E-commerce retailer based in Leicesteshire who are looking to recruit a Head of Sales Channels. You will lead the Sales Channels area of the business, being responsible for increasing the number of sales channelsas well as ensuring existing integrations are being fully utilised.

A vital role in the continued growth of the business. Responsible for both locating, engaging and launching new sales channels as well as ensuring that the business is increasing in growth and revenue.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Providing and ensuring that there is Leadership, management & Accountability
- Provide a clear and full pipeline of new channels
- Project manage the launch of new channels end to end
- Deliver additional revenue on existing channels
- Integrate growth initiatives with existing channels and be the face of the company with our channel partners
- Build team philosophy and cultivate a team atmosphere by working to achieve the company's targets and objectives
- Demonstrate the values of communication within the department and with other departments and external parties
- Co-ordinate new launches with relevant departments, providing consistent lines of communication
- Experience as a team manager, managing at least a team of 10
- Experience in Ecommerce management and development
- Proven project management ability - confident at managing and prioritising workloads and delivering against targets
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to establish logical practical solutions
- Able to lead and deliver a project
- Able to analyse and manipulate data to identify and create solutions
- Good IT systems knowledge
- Good knowledge of specific areas of the role and current marketing practices
- Embraces personal challenge Confident, rounded thinking. Engages interest and participation of others and has a collaborative approach to working with others
- An excellent communicator
- Able to meet deadlines and see projects to conclusion
- Creative and solutions orientated, with proactive and positive approach
- A willingness to grow and develop within the role
- Good communicator at all levels, who is able to build relationships and influence others
- Able to work outside core hours to accommodate different time zones
- Must be based in East Midlands area as role is hybrid
