Clemence rogers recruitment are currently working in partnership with our client in recruiting for a Service Administrator based in New Southgate

**Main Duties**
- Invoicing / Administration duties for the Service Department
- Raising job cards
- Obtain order numbers prior to work being carried out by the workshop.
- To take ownership of customer requirements and ensure that they receive the correct level of service and are treated with the respect they deserve.
- To liaise with the workshop control/supervisors to ensure the smooth running of the department.
- To make MOT appointments for customers as and when requested to do so.
- To liaise with all internal departments i.e. Rentals, Sales, Contracts etc. regarding bookings MOTs, etc.
- Have a background in Main Dealerships
- Providing an outstanding standard of customer service as per the manufacturer guidelines
- Have a results driven, sales focused mentality.
- An experienced, sales and customer service oriented Service Advisor within the automotive industry and as such you must have Main Dealer experience.
- Up to date knowledge of Dealer Management Systems and experience would be considered a significant advantage.
- The ability to work as part of a team and also using your own initiative
- Organisation and administration skills
