We're looking for someone with a passion and drive for Recruiting in the Care industry, from Housekeeping, to Support Workers, to Therapists, to Senior Management

**The purpose of the role**:
This is a role for somebody who is driven by earning a high bonus and is passionate about helping people find their perfect job. You will be responsible for oversight and delivery of recruitment, onboarding and building quality pools of bank staff within the company (nationwide). Finding suitable talent for permanent roles. As this is a brand new position in the company, you will have the flexibility to put new recruitment processes in place, and bring your creativity and ideas to the table.

**Job duties**:
- Creating & maintaining talent pools for future hiring needs and bank staff
- Carry out reference checks on potential new employees for the business & making recruitment decisions while liaising with the relevant Manager
- Identifying sourcing channels for specialist and niche skill sets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both centre managers and applicants
- Drive agency costs down.
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with centre managers
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
- Be responsible for posting job advertisements
- Create and share reports regarding efforts of recruitment
- Attend weekly Operations Meetings to identify recruitment needs for the business
- Oversee onboarding and training for new starters.
- Embed company culture and values into each applicant from the beginning of the recruitment process

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
