**Training Officer - Permanent - 37.5hour**

Our resort is home to a 15-acre zoo, 4-star hotel with 150 bedrooms to include Viking and Thomas Land themed rooms, conference facilities, restaurants, Europe’s only Thomas Land, 50 rides and growing

**Your responsibilities as Training Officer will include and not limited to;**
- Reviewing, designing, updating training content and materials including manuals, presentations, videos and other resources to facilitate effective blended learning.
- Conducting training sessions, workshops and seminars for employees using various training methods
- Recording, tracking and monitoring of training activities across the resort
- Ensuring our Learning Management System is managed effectively
- Communicating confidently with employees at all levels to promote the value of continuous learning and professional development business wide

- Proficient in the use of MS Office including PowerPoint
