**What you will do**:
**FM:Systems **is seeking a Jr. Operations Support to collaborate with the team

to manage timelines for configuration and shipping of hardware. The

individual will possess a passion for technology, excellent written/verbal skills and be a key member of the team.

**How you will do it**:

- **Collaborate with internal teams to manage timelines for the configuration & shipping of hardware.**
- **Complete the configuration of FM:Systems & 3rd party hardware.**
- **Setting up surveys and floors plan so the customer can report on utilization.**
- **Assist with testing new hardware.**
- **Provide holiday cover for stock & shipping.
**What we look for**:
**Required**
- **1+ years of experience in a customer support or operations role.**
- **Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and proactively.**
- **Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.**
- **Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.**
- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**
- **Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.**
- **A passion for hardware & software.
