Appi Pilates Instructor

Job Overview:
An exciting opportunity for a Physio who is trained in APPI Pilates to come and work at Tayloredfit Physio.

Tayloredfit Physio Ltd are a private physio, health and wellbeing centre based in Langley Park, County Durham. We serve the local community and have clients who travel a considerable distance to access our expert team of healthcare professionals in our beautifully renovated old Baptist chapel. Our team specialises in providing musculoskeletal physiotherapy, craniosacral therapy, sports massage, podiatry/chiropody, Pilates, Yoga and Aerial Yoga.

We are looking for someone who is motivated and passionate to take over established Pilates classes on a Monday and/or Thursday evening. Ideally you will have a proven experience in delivering Pilates classes. We are looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills who can adapt teaching methods to cater to different skill levels. They must have a passion for Pilates and a commitment to helping others improve. They must be reliable and have excellent customer service skills.

**Duties**:

- Conduct Pilates classes for groups
- Instruct clients on proper Pilates techniques and form
- Provide guidance on breathing techniques and relaxation methods
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust exercises accordingly
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment during sessions

Qualifications:

- Certified APPI Pilates Instructor with relevant qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to effectively guide and motivate clients

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
