Due to continued growth we are looking to strengthen our Transport team.

This role is primarily focused around our sub contractor tracking alongside the daily / weekly planning. Taking control of the end to end process of the sub contractors and accurately updating internals systems to provide accurate information to our customers.
The role is also to be pro actively reporting on sub contractor delivery performance taking the appropriate action to ensure service levels are maintained.
- Using information provided To make live updates to Newcold internal systems
- Ensuring all administrative traffic duties are carried out as necessary and to a high level of accuracy and professionalism
- Monitoring planned schedules ahead of time and escalating any issues if needed to ensure a smoothly ran process
- Achieving weekly and monthly KPIs as set by the business and/or Customer Service Level Agreements, escalating any issues impacting on these to line management and customers directly
- Using all IT-based systems in the effective delivery of their role including TMS & tracking screens
- Ensure any live changes are followed through for 100% system accuracy
- Proactively reporting on sub contractor delivery performance.
