Clerical Officer Healthy Bowel

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Healthy Bowel Administration team providing clerical duties to our Healthy Bowel Clinicians. The role is advertised for 15 hours per week and the post holder will be expected to work 3 days.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals who is looking to join a fast paced team. You will be required to be organised, flexible, patient centred and dynamic.
Please refer to the below list of duties for further information on the role.
- Meet and greet patients attending the healthy bowel clinic when sitting reception.
- Assist with clerical support in the day to day running of the office area to ensure service provision is met.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate filing systems, case notes and other relevant documentation.
- To deal, as appropriate, with enquiries from staff, members of the public in person and by telephone
- Assist with photocopying duties as necessary.
- Receive goods deliveries to the service, signing appropriate documentation.
- To be responsible for maintaining the administration and storage of data, in accordance with local policies and procedures.
- To take responsibility for good housekeeping in the Office / Reception / Waiting area, ensuring they are kept clean and tidy.
- The post holder shall as necessary provide cover for and undertake duties of absent colleagues.
- The post holder shall follow all the policies and procedures of the organisation.
