**About the Role**

The role reports directly to Head of GRS Cyber Risk Management but will support the CRO GRS(I) in delivering GRS(I) specific internal and external reporting requirements. The primary task of this role is to lead the measurement and assessment of cyber exposures and pricing across all affirmative and non-affirmative lines of business written by LSM entities, enabling the cyber peril to be monitored and managed. The role will also support the development of the measurement and assessment of modelling the cyber peril for general lines across GRS.

**About the Department & Team**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the focal point for LSM Cyber exposure management and maintaining coherence with GRS ERM
- Support third-party model validation work, communicate to senior management model limitations and propose methodologies for improving our View of Cyber Risk
- Evaluate and report gross and net exposures and modelled losses for cyber insurance and reinsurance portfolios, and for the cyber hazard across the entire portfolio
- Create the specific submissions related to cyber for regulatory purposes, which also includes ad-hoc returns as needed
- Coordinate and provide quarterly cyber inputs for internal committees and working groups
- Assist with the development of new RDS to meet business needs
- Understand and evaluate the impact of updates and revisions to models and the outputs produced by cyber modelling software and communicate effectively to stakeholders
- Liaise with Head of Cyber Risk Management to ensure alignment of validation process with regards to exposure data standards and modelling best practices

**Skills and Experience**
- A knowledge of Cyber Insurance and keen interest in cyber risk in general
- Experience within an Exposure management team, prior focus on non-property lines e.g. Casualty, Cyber, preferred
- Practical experience of portfolio roll-up, realistic disaster scenarios, implementing control frameworks, MI design, reporting and communication
- Experience with model validation
- Attention to detail, with an inquisitive, analytical mind-set
- Good understanding of insurance and reinsurance concepts
