**Job summary**:
We are hiring a Senior Business Support Officer to join our Regional Support team.

Reporting to the Regional Business Manager the post holder has responsibility in their region for developing and overseeing the delivery of regional operational processes across all remits, managing inspector data and processes and monitoring the quality and performance of the Inspector workforce. The post holder will have oversight of the operational training delivery of the contracted inspector workforce and will manage incoming and outgoing communications with inspectors. They will also line manage a team of business support staff.
