Elevation Accountancy and Finance are currently working on an great opportunity for a knowledgeable and confident Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a reputable business based in the Goole area.

Working within a busy Finance function and reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, your role is to ensure the accurate and timely processing of expense transactions and in doing so adhering to company policy and controls.

Duties of the Purchase Ledger Clerk include:

- Manage your time to accurately process 300+ weekly invoices
- Timely follow up on SAP Workflow process ensuring all parked transactions are cleared for payment in a timely manner
- Processing company expenses and corporate cards, also to provide a monthly reconciliation - Supplier statement reconciliations
- Work towards Continuous Improvement and Best Practice by maintaining/improving relationships with internal and external customers/suppliers
- Assist in ad hoc duties as required by the supervisor

Role requirements include:

- Previous experience working as an Accounts Payable Clerk
