We have a great opportunity for a client focussed people to join our growing Customer Support team. You might not have all of the skills and experience but if you have a desire to learn and develop and you have a passion for providing exceptional customer support then we can teach you.

In this role you will be a be the driving force behind our customer support responsiveness and play a pivotal role in building relationships with our valued clients, ensuring they receive nothing short of an exceptional experience.

You will support our clients by:

- Efficiently handling and following up all incoming calls and online chat messages to resolve clients' queries and issues related to our software products.
- Managing a case load via the helpdesk software, ensuring that SLA's are met where possible and customer expectations are managed accordingly.
- Ensuring the resolution of technical issues and user queries by carrying out first line fixes or collecting all relevant data to reproduce the issue for escalation.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure the clients needs are fully understood and met.
- Previous experience of working within a B2B, technology and/or customer support function is beneficial but not essential..
- Experience of using online help desk software, is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience of speaking to clients either face to face or over the phone.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A desire to provide a high level of customer support to our clients at all times.
