**Client**

Our Client is one of the UK's leading providers of car, van and truck leasing deals. They work with the UK’s largest and most trusted leasing companies and are able to provide a fully bespoke service while remaining small enough to feel like a family business.Due to recent growth they are looking for a Operations Administrator.

**Responsibilities**

As a Operations Administrator you are responsible for administrating all functions and processes within the department. These include the following;
- To produce, check and obtain all financial documents ready to acquire authority from the funders so that delivery can take place.
- To administer all processes and administrative duties from the point of Order. In addition to working closely with suppliers, dealers and funders to ensure that time scales and service level agreements are adhered to.
- Responsible for the accurate completion of all Post-Order paperwork including the customer financial documents, dealer paperwork and delivery notes ensuring that payment packs and all 'On Contract' paperwork is completed.
- Responsible for the completion of financial documents leading to the delivery / execution of vehicles and invoicing of deals.
- Targeted on accuracy and completion of financial documents in addition to dealer / delivery paperwork.
- To process and administer the Post-Order stages through to an 'On Contract' status.
- To obtain authority to deliver by ensuring all aspects of the Post-Order stages have been adhered to.
- To communicate with other areas of the business to provide processing and status reports.

**Requirements**:

- Worked in an Administration for at least 2 years.
- Knowledge and a sound understanding of the Data Protection Act and similar governing Acts.
- Professional attitude, with good numerical skills and able to demonstrate logical thinking skills.
- GCSE’s in English and Maths.
- Good computer skills and knowledge.
