**About the role**

You’ll be required to deliver a responsive, efficient and high-quality customer focused service to our leaseholders. Being accessible to leaseholders and their stakeholders, you will engage to improve satisfaction, communication and service delivery. You’ll be managing matters arising out of lease obligations, in connection with leasehold transactions and commercial lease agreements. Ensuring an efficient and seamless service.

**About you**

You’ll be experienced in delivering excellent customer service and have proven experience interpreting residential and commercial leases as well as knowledge of legislation and good practices relevant to leasehold transactions. The postholder will have great analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficient IT knowledge. You’ll also have experience dealing with challenging stakeholders and be able to develop good working relationships, influence and manage and find solutions for situations of conflict.

This role will sometimes require you to attend meetings outside of core working hours.
