**Details**
Come and join our proactive and dynamic speech and language therapy team We are looking for Band 5 Paediatric Speech and Language therapists to join our large enthusiastic, supportive and proactive team in Aberdeenshire. This is for a fixed term period of 1 year to cover maternity leave). There are opportunities to support children and young people with a range of communication needs within the community and you will be given options to experience working with specialist caseloads such as Developmental Language Disorder, Complex Needs and AAC dependent on your interests. You will be working alongside team of Speech and Language Therapists and Support workers supporting the delivery of all aspects of our Universal, Targeted and Specialist strands.
There are good opportunities for professional and personal development within the Aberdeenshire SLT team and staff members are encouraged to contribute to the development of the service as a whole. We have a supervision programme for all staff and a mentorship programme to support newly qualified therapists.
