Investment Product Implementation Specialist

Manages investment product initiatives and projects through completion.

**In this role, you will**:

- Lead small to medium enterprise-wide product initiatives, such as fund launches and changes, from approval through implementation. Partners with regional PRD teams when appropriate. Coordinates with enterprise-wide cross-functional teams of shared services providers and PRD resources.
- Develops/maintains project plans and leads project working groups. Establishes deadlines and milestones for project completion. Ensures work milestones are met and project goals are achieved.
- Ensures projects are transitioned from the research team to the implementation team. Provides support for product research projects. Anticipates potential challenges and partners with shared service providers to develop mitigation strategies.
- Partners with others in PRD, client groups, PR, marketing, and other relevant teams to deploy market strategy. Coordinates the development of communication materials.
- Identifies opportunities to improve Vanguard's global product implementation process. Provides input on product planning and research process to ensure resource and implementation requirements are identified and reflected in each product initiative.
- Authors documents critical to product launches or changes, including Board memos. Creates and delivers training presentations for the client facing community on occasion.
- Develops and maintains key internal stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
- Develops and maintains broad investment and product knowledge to help inform project decisions and communicates with project stakeholders. Demonstrates a strong knowledge of the Vanguard fund lineup.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

**What it takes**:

- Three years related work experience, including one year experience in the investment industry.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
