REED is supporting a leading Solicitors who are seeking an experience Administrator. The role would suit a motivated, friendly individual from Administration/Sec background who is seeking the opportunity to progress their career within an growing organisation.

**THE ROLE**:
Preparing documents, typing letters and reports, diary management, preparing documents, liaising with clients, file management, screening calls, processing expenses, use of case management system and other secretarial and PA duties.

**THE PERSON**:

- Previous experience in an administration or Secretarial.
- Legal experience an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to problem solve.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, is essential.
- An ability to work within a team and work on own initiative.
- Proactive approach to day-to-day tasks
- Familiarisation with Microsoft Office advantageous but not essential.
- The ability to maintain files in an orderly manner.
- A strong commitment to client care.
- The ability to communicate effectively with clients/colleagues/ other solicitors/authorities and other organisations etc.
