**Job description**

You will be responsible for all aspects of building a trade customer base through a direct approach to local builders & developers. You will also design & sell to both builders, interior designers, developers & customers This will include working from architect plans and completing home surveys. Designs will be completed using some of the best CAD software on the market.

As an experienced sales person or business development manager you will be a natural people person that can easily influence sales, you must be somebody that regularly exceeds sales targets and be able to evidence this. Previous experience in a business development role although very beneficial is not essential if you have the confidence to directly approach new customers.
You need to have a good knowledge of CAD design and be able to demonstrate a track record of success. If you are familiar with the Winner design package that will be an added advantage.

Attention to detail is essential, you must be able to manage many different projects whilst still focussing on target achievement.

Naturally confident on the telephone & in person with good written skills the role will encompass considerable contact with many suppliers & customers on a day to day basis. An ability to remain calm under pressure is crucial, this is a detail driven business and will involve considerable customer interaction during the journey through the Kutchenhaus buying process.

You will need to be friendly and enthuisiastic with an ability to build rapport easily with people.

The role will require you to work some Saturdays with a day off during the week.

Past experience in a kitchen sales environment is essential & most importantly a 'can do' approach and a positive mental attitude are paramount.
