The Financial Accounting and Reporting team is responsible for the timely and accurate reporting for those countries and markets within the remit of the EMEA Finance Shared Service Centre. An efficient and effective financial reporting mechanism is critical to the organisation, able to comply with SEC and other regulatory requirements.
The **EMEA Finance Navision Business Partner **is a key management position reporting into the EMEA Regional Controller.
As a Finance Navision Business Partner, your primary responsibility is to partner as a trusted advisor and expert in Microsoft Dynamics Navision, as an ERP solution. You will work closely with the users to understand their business processes, identify areas for improvement, create user requirements and implement Navision solutions tailored to their specific needs. The technical configuration is done by the CSI CHQ IT Navision team.
You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and functional consultants, to deliver comprehensive Navision implementations and upgrades. You will also engage in requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and ongoing support, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

**What we are looking for**:
- Proven experience as a Navision Business Partner or similar role, with expertise in implementing and supporting Navision solutions.
- Experience of working in a multi-cultural, international Finance Shared Service Centre role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision functionality, configuration, and customization is required. Knowledge of MS D365 F&O a good advantage.
- Experience gained in a Global/US matrix managed business is highly desirable.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with users and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex business and technical challenges.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of various industries and business processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative.
**Education and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in business economics or a related field required due to the nature of the role.
- IT proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics Navision is a must. D365 F&O experience is preferred as additional ERP knowledge.
- Good communication and presentation skills with English as primary language.
