As a Call Handler, you will be responsible for receiving and managing incoming calls from customers. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation ofsystems. Responsibilities include: - Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Provide assistance and support to customers - Use software and systems to locate products and assets as requested by customers - Monitor real-time tracking data and respond promptly to any alerts or notifications, including incidents of theft or unauthorized use - Document all customer interactions, including call details, inquiries, and resolutions, in the system - Escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate teams or authorities as necessary, following established protocols and procedures - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tracking activities - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information and assistance to customers. - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations when handling sensitive customer information - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in tracking systems and customer service Requirements: - Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role preferred. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional telephone manner - Strong customer service orientation and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure - Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with tracking software and systems preferred - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required - Commitment to upholding company values and providing exceptional service to customers
