Domestic Abuse Support Worker

We are an independent domestic violence and abuse charity specialising in immigration advice and support.
We are currently looking for someone to join our immigration team to undertake case work pertaining to victims of Domestic Violence and Abuse.
You will be directly responsible to the MD and Director of Immigration and Race Relations.
**Responsibilities**:
Undertake initial consultation
Ensure all appropriate paperwork is completed and meets with legal compliance and the OISC standards
Stay updated with latest relevant legislation changes
Undertake appeal work and representations, where appropriate
Comply and deliver within set deadlines
Adhere to company and OISC process and policies at all times
**Requirements**:
OISC Level 2 accredited
Excellent organisational skills and eye for detail
Deliver highest level of service to all clients
Able to work unsupervised
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Multilingual applicant preferred
Good legal writing and drafting skills
IT and Microsoft Office literate
Remain efficient and productive under pressure
Lived experience or sufficient knowledge and understanding of Domestic Violence and Abuse.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week
**Salary**: £14.00 per hour
