We are currently looking for a band 5 Speech and Language Therapist to join our local friendly and innovative team in South Kent Coast & Thanet.

The post will involve a range of community, office and home-based working both with people with a learning disability and the people within their circle of support. We are a close and supportive team who work together to aim to deliver excellent outcome-based quality care. The post holder will provide speech and language therapy assessment and intervention to adults with a learning disability who are referred to the South Kent Coast and Thanet community Learning Disability team.

As a Speech and Language Therapist within the Learning Disability Team you will be expected to provide evidence-based, autonomous and effective Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention for people who have a learning disability who may also have additional physical and mental health needs.
