**The Role**:
We are looking for a Property Inspector to carry out regular inspections of properties mainly in the Cheltenham, Gloucester, Stroud and Tewkesbury areas.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organised and reliable.

The working hours are Monday - Wednesday, 9:00- 5:30pm.

You must have good written and telephone skills and be IT confident.

We are looking for someone who can work quickly and efficiently and who is eager to learn and develop.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

- Visit and inspect properties and gardens to identify issues and assess areas of concern that require attention
- Liaise with Maintenance department with regards to essential repairs
- Collate photos of maintenance issues
- Prepare property visit reports using our internal software
- Diarise inspection visits and revisits with tenants
