eThe Chartered Valuation Surveyor will contribute to the delivery of the disposal programme, by visiting properties and land and providing valuations. To prepare properties identified for disposal to be ready for sale by conducting visits and providing valuations and valuation reports


~ . Make detailed inquiries into the local property market, researching and analysing comparable transactions, utilising valuation methodologies to arrive at an opinion of valuation, and ultimately preparing a valuation report for the client in accordance with Red Book valuation guidanc


~ To provide desktop valuations on prospective sales and valuation advise on a wide range of property typ


~ To liaise with the Disposal Team, Auction Houses, Estate Agents and Land Agents to facilitate the sale of properties and l


~ Co-ordinating preparation of property particulars and arranging photos, floorplans and collat
