Phillips Grant Associates are assisting a business based in Feltham to recruit for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to work within the small and friendly team. The position is office based working 9am - 5pm with an hour for lunch. The finance department work very well together and you will be expected to assist on other areas as and when required.

Core responsibilities:

- Purchase invoices.
- Purchase statements.
- Cashbook.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Management of Purchase Ledger inbox.
- Monthly reconciliations of fees account.
- Archiving of files as and when required.
- Support other members of the finance team to ensure the smooth running of the department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
