**VP SALES (AI/ML / ISV / SAAS)**

Headquartered in Edinburgh but already working with customers and alliance partners globally, Pasabi is a fast growth hyper scale ISV. They have built a Trust and Safety platform combining behavioural analytics with artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML), to enable marketplaces, platforms and online communities to identify patterns of fraudulent behaviour and the networks behind this activity. Pasabi is already delivering its SaaS solution to leading brand names and working with alliance partners. In order to facilitate their growth and continue to move the business to the next level, they now need to recruit a VP of Sales.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Sales will lead the company-wide revenue generation strategy and drive sustainable growth. They will inherit existing internal sales capability and will be responsible for the design of a full end-to-end commercial strategy that is able to penetrate both B2B and B2C industry verticals, enterprise level deals and integrate as part of a connected offering with other alliance partners in this space.
We are looking for a visionary who is results-driven and ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the growth trajectory. Key requirements to execute this role include:
- Strategic visionary, particularly commercially
- Needs to be hands on with direct Sales and Customer Success team and have proven experience of closing enterprise level deals
- SaaS / Complex Sales experience in Trust & Safety, Fraud/prevention, Data services or AI/ML technology, B2B/B2C product comparison software or potentially other relevant BPO and consulting businesses
- Customer Success focus / pre + post sale experiences / understanding etc.
- Data-driven focus and understanding, whilst being solution-oriented
- Cross-functional collaborator, particularly to support hybrid / remote teams
- Leadership abilities
- A strong and relevant network would be great but more important is a proven ability to further strengthen existing pipelines, originate and close
This role represents an excellent opportunity for a proven VP of Sales with ambitions of moving to a Chief Revenue Officer / CRO position to join a fast growth ISV with an altruistic slant. You will play a front and central role / own the commercial space and be crucial to their success. A competitive six figure base salary is accentuated by a generous OTE and share options. This is a UK based role and with regular travel to Edinburgh and internationally - EMEA and USA.
