The vacancy is for 2 shifts on Saturday and Sundays from 3pm to 11pm and is scheduled to start as soon as possible. As a General Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality establishment. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for the hotel industry and strong communication skills.

**Duties**:

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including lobbies, kitchen, reception areas and dining areas
- Handle incoming phone calls and online bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
