**Customer Service Administrator - South Lanarkshire - Permanent - £27,000 + DOE**

**Our client, an established, family-owned, company within the FMCG sector, are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team, on the outskirts of Glasgow. You will have the opportunity to join a forward-thinking and progressive company.**

**This is a full-time and permanent position, working Monday-Friday. Working hours are flexible.**

**What does the day-to-day look like?**
- Creating sales orders, ensuring customer requirements are met
- Working closely with the internal teams to meet customer needs
- Resolving any issues with deliveries or customer orders
- Updating customers with their order progress
- Track order progress and report back to the customer
- Develop and implement processes that are HMRC compliant
- Can establish and build on new and existing relationships
- Experience working in the FMCG industry
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication skills
- Team-player
- Always strives to produce high-quality work
- Observant with a good eye for detail
