We are now looking to recruit an experienced Supplier Relationship Manager in the field of entertainment lighting control to join our team.
You Will Be Expected To
- Develop plans to meet the annual targets and objectives of the International / National team
- Be responsible for managing accounts for your portfolio of distributors, maintaining and developing relationships with key distributors and customers into lasting business partnerships to meet business objectives
- Attend international conferences, lighting exhibitions and shows, as well as dedicated visits to train, support and encourage distributors to increase their knowledge, interest and ultimately sales in Company stage lighting products
- Visit key distributors to increase product awareness, build meaningful relationships, increase their ability to demonstrate and sell Company products
- Deliver effective demonstrations and sales presentations to distributors and their clients promoting the company and explaining the concept and ethos underpinning the product range
- Assist customers with technical and commercial enquiries, keeping up to date with market conditions and competition, and achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to share/maintain up to date customer information and you will provide sales figures and reports as required.
As an International / National Sales Engineer, you will be expected to travel from time to time, often at weekends and over bank holidays. Business travel will include trips to Europe, sometimes Asia and the Middle East.
Role
To be considered for our International/ National Sales Engineer/Electrical, you will
- Be ambitious and degree educated ( basically Engineering)
- Have at least 6-8 months’ experience of working in international sales, preferably in entertainment lighting
- Be a good communicator with experience of building relationships
- Have experience of working within exhibitions and you will be confident presenting to groups and individuals
- Be articulate, PC literate and numerate, with the ability to analyse and present data
- Be able to demonstrate a wide range of products requiring a practical, hands-on approach.
International/ National Sales Engineer Benefits:
