The post holder is required to provide a full administrative and secretarial service to a multi-disciplinary team including the management of information systems and the co-ordination of the clinical referral system.

RSA3/SVQ3/NC in Secretarial Studies or equivalent.

Proficient IT Skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft office packages.

Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and work on own initiative.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent time management skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Minimum requirement of two years’ secretarial experience in an equivalent position.
