Butchery Operative

Banham Poultry (2018) recruiting for Butchery Operatives for new exciting project coming up

**Responsibilities**:

- Remove meat from bird using specified knife
- Determine appropriate cuts according to training
- Be able to make cuts for wings, skin, breast fillets and tenders etc.
- Cut and trim meat to prepare for packing
- Inspect meat products for defects, bruises or blemishes and remove them along with any excess far

**Shift pattern / rates**
- Monday to Friday day shift 0715 - 1645, night shift 1645-0215
- £11.41p/h - £12.44p/h
- Weekly payments
- £250 refer a friend bonus (after completion of 12 weeks trial period)

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience desired, but not essential as full training will be given

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.41-£12.44 per hour
