Responsibilities:

  • Remove meat from bird using specified knife
  • Determine appropriate cuts according to training
  • Be able to make cuts for wings, skin, breast fillets and tenders etc.
  • Cut and trim meat to prepare for packing
  • Inspect meat products for defects, bruises or blemishes and remove them along with any excess far

Shift pattern / rates

  • Monday to Friday day shift , night shift
- £11.41p/h - £12.44p/h

  • Weekly payments
- £250 refer a friend bonus (after completion of 12 weeks trial period)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience desired, but not essential as full training will be given
