Main Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our EHSS (Environment, Health, Safety, and Security) department, working closely with maintenance, department managers, and contractors. Your duties will include providing crucial organizational support, managing EHSS training initiatives, overseeing the procurement and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining our accident reporting system. Additionally, you'll coordinate contractor bookings, monitor statutory inspections, and manage our waste management documentation. Your role will also involve inputting data into our Environmental dashboard and conducting in-house safety checks.

Skills Required:
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for organization and administration. Proficiency in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office, is essential, as is meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You'll need to be a team player with a solid understanding of health and safety requirements, preferably within a production or warehouse setting. While prior experience in a similar role is desirable, it's not essential, and we welcome individuals with the drive to pursue qualifications such as IOSH/NEBOSH.
