Responsibilities:

- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document organization
- Provide support to the team by scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars
- Communicate with clients and customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Help maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Perform research and gather information as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination

**Skills**:

- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software and Sketchup is a plus
- Basic math skills for tasks such as calculating invoices or managing budgets
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients/customers
- Ability to upsell products or services when appropriate

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
