We have a rare opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Leadership Team, leading a team within our spacious Baby Suite to deliver high quality care and learning experiences for children.

**Main responsibilities**
- Ensuring the safeguarding of all children within our nursery
- To lead a team or up to 8 Team Members to implement and maintain high standards for the environment and curriculum offered to children.
- Liaise with our Leadership Team with regards to tracking groups and identifying next steps for children within the Suite to bridge any gaps in learning.
- Demonstrate that you are an Enthusiastic Educator and ensure planning is challenging and implemented in a skilful manner.
- Ensure all you and all team members adhere to all polices and procedures, resulting in the safe and consistent operation of each day.
- Liaise with families regarding the curriculum offered each week in the Suite
- Organise transition into our nursery with families
- Ensure the smooth running of the routine each day
- Take responsibility for ensuring your learning environment consistently provides universal provision.

Essential Criteria;
- A commitment to provide Outstanding Standards.
- A satisfactory enhanced DBS check which confirms suitability to work with children.
- Previous experience of leadership in a childcare or educational setting.
- A relevant Level 3 qualification
- Sound understanding of the EYFS and an ability to fully implement all its’ requirements.
- A positive growth mindset to enable you to rise to challenges and overcome obstacles.

Pay: £25,974.00-£28,860.00 per year
