What you will be doing:
completion, processing the Certificate of Title, checking all offer conditions have been complied with and setting up the payment for funds release. With a clear progression matrix and a supportive team environment, you will have the opportunity to reach your professional development goals.

Your responsibilities will include
- Delivering a high quality service to brokers, solicitors and customers
- Releasing completions funds to ensure that they reach solicitors in time for completion
- Providing telephone support as required to ensure customer service standards are maintained and managed
- Working closely with Post Offer to ensure any legal requirements, post offer, are met.

In return for your commitment:
We offer a base salary dependent on experience of £21,000 and a competitive benefits package including:
